Delete Your Account

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

• Your name, gender, and date of birth
• Your mobile number and login credentials
• All saved delivery addresses
• Your shopping cart and saved items

What Is Retained

Order records are retained in anonymised form for financial and legal compliance (GST Act, 7-year rule). No personal details are attached to retained records after deletion.

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1 — From the App

1. Open the Jamkoli app and log in.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Tap Account Settings.
4. Tap Delete Account.
5. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Log in to delete your account directly from this page.
